I've purchased beans from Daily Drip Roasters a few times, and we're absolutely thrilled with the product. The coffee isn't bitter and doesn't need any sugar or cream, which is a first for us. It also doesn't give us stomach issues. The flavour is wonderful, it's so fresh, and definitely some of the best beans we've found in Canada. We would highly recommend.

Sourcing Details
Coffee cultivation from small family owned farms is the backbone of production in Colombia. This particular lot comes from a farm called Las Galias located near the community of Urubamba.
Processing Details
Las Galias follows a strict post-harvest protocol using their own micro-mill, which allows for consistent processing. This farm focuses on selective picking, then floats the cherries to remove damaged and underdeveloped beans.
