Refund policy

 Merchandise Return Policy  

1. Eligibility for Returns:  

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.  
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 
  • Customer must contact info@dailydriproasters.com and send request for refund before shipping the item 

2. Proof of Purchase:  

  • A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.  

3. Refund Options:  

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.  

4. Exclusions/Non-Refundable Items: 

  • Sale items, personalized items, and perishable goods are non-refundable.  
  • All roasted coffee beans/ground
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.  

5. Shipping Costs:  

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
